Sandra Bullock at Spike TV Guys Choice Awards

Eat your heart out, Jesse! Sandra Bullock made her first public appearance in several months Saturday night, showing up unannounced on stage at Spike TV’s 4th Annual Guys Choice Awards. The Oscar winner has been in seclusion since her estranged husband Jesse James was revealed to have cheated on her with at least five other women in a headline-snatching cheating scandal that broke on the pages of In Touch Weekly in March.

A radiant Sandra — all smiles — walked out on stage to accept one of the night’s top honors during the ceremony in Los Angeles on Saturday night. Members of the US Army, the US Marine Corps, and the US Coast Guard greeted her as she accepted the Troops Choice Award for Entertainer of The Year.

This 2010 Spike TV Guy’s Choice Awards will air on Sunday, June 20 at 10PM.

Sandra will also accept an Entertainer of the Year prize during tonight’s annual MTV Movie Awards, live from the Gibson Amphitheater in Hollywood
