Miley Cyrus just debuted her new video "Who Owns My Heart." She writhes around a bed with a sleep mask on and wears a tank top and underpants while applying lipstick.
At one point she sits in the back of a limsine showing off quite a bit of leg and thigh in a gold sequined halter top and short shorts. She also dirty dances in a club.
