This Sunday, March 14th, marks the 60th anniversary of the FBI’s creation of the now-famous “10 Most Wanted Fugitives” list.
The St. Louis office of the FBI marked the occasion with a review of some of the most famous names ever to be includedon the list, including burglar Raymond Menard, who was arrested two days after his posting in 1954, and Thomas Edward Galloway, who was arrested at a golf course after a citizen recognized him from a newspaper article on the Top 10 list in 1964.
