Sandra Bullock took home the best actress award

Here is Sandra Bullock’s acceptance speech for “Best Actress in a Leading Role” for the 2010 Oscars/ Academy Awards. She won the award for her role in “The Blind Side.”
Although I love Sandra Bullock, I was really pulling for Gabourey Sidibe to win. This was most likely her one shot at an Oscar and I would have loved to see her win it. She’s a breath of fresh air and I think it would have been wonderful to see someone who is not an “A-lister” win the prestigious award. Congratulations to her for being nominated though, and congrats to Sandra for winning, she looked amazingly gorgeous
