Kristina Hagan: the Woman Suing David Boreanaz

Kristina Hagan
Just as the David Boreanaz cheating stories have been laid to rest (yes, he did have an affair with Tiger Woods’ mistress Rachel Uchitel), he’s now facing a sexual harassment lawsuit. The timing is especially bad, given that he seems to be well on the way to repairing his relationship with wife Jaime Bergman and their son.

So who’s the woman behind the David Boreanaz lawsuit?

It’s actress Kristina Hagan, who gave a press conference today alongside celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, who will be representing her. Allred seems to be the center of all things Boreanaz: she’s also Uchitel’s lawyer, and represents a third, unnamed, woman who has filed a sexual harassment suit against the Bones actor.

Hagan, who was an extra on Bones, “is an actress who is working towards her goals, but who like many other actresses has not be able to achieve them. For that reason she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood,” Allred said. “Ms. Hagan’s allegations are set forth her lawsuit. We will have no further comment on them.”
Hagan’s lawsuit claims that Boreanaz sent her inappropriate text messages in 2009, and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away,” after which he masturbated in front of her.

So who is Kristina Hagan? According to her resume, posted on IMDB.com, she can play characters ages 30-45, has had bit parts in movies including Martrix II and George of the Jungle, and appeared in ads for brands ranging from Charles Schwabb to MacDonalds. She holds a B.A. in Business Marketing from San Jose State.
