Michael Lynche performed Will You Be There on the May 11th episode of American Idol Tuesday. Michael Lynche's Will You Be There performance was part of the Songs from Cinema week on
the show. This performance by Michael Lynche could quite possibly be seen as his best singing of the entire competition. It was key for Big Mike to have a great performance tonight, and he put something out there that judges Simon and Kara really loved. Ellen DeGeneres really loved that he sang it with a choir, and it was only Randy Jackson that didn't find the flavor in this performance by Michael Lynche.
