Miss Michigan Rima Fakih grabbed the title of Miss USA‎ 2010. Miss Michigan, Rima Fakih was crowned 59th Miss USA on Sunday night. The pageant took place at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton relinquished her crown tonight to Rima Fakih, who is ready to embark on a year of traveling the world and working to help those less fortunate.
The 2010 Miss USA pageant was judged by numerous celebrities and journalists. Among them were Carmelo Anthony, a NBA basketball player from Denver Nuggets, Tara Conner, Miss USA 2006, Oscar Nunez, star of “The Office”, and Johnny Weir, three-time national figure skater champion and Olympian. Also judging were Melania Trump, Glamour editor-at-large Suze Yalof-Schwart, Paula Deen, Best-selling author, and Phil Ruffin, a real estate mogul. Here we have some of the other results during the night of the coronation for the Miss America 2010. Aside from Miss Michigan Rima Fakih being the miss america 2010, some of the special awards included Miss Congeniality: Nebraska – Belinda Wright and Miss Photogenic: Alabama – Audrey Moore. 1st runner-up – Oklahoma – Morgan Woolard, 2nd runner-up – Virginia – Samantha Casey, 3rd runner-up -Colorado – Jessica Hartman and 4th runner-up – Maine – Katie Whittier. Miss Michigan Rima Fakih has all the ideals of a great beauty queen.
