Vernon Jordan on The Good Wife


Lawyer Vernon Jordan will have an appearance on tonight’s episode of the CBS show ‘The Good Wife’.

Presidential adviser, lawyer, civil rights leader and 1957 graduate of DePauw University portrays himself in an episode entitled “Unplugged.”Tonight on the show, partners Will and Diane discussed the possibility that a great attorney might be interested in joining the firm, and they’re referring to the real Vernon Jordan. He was sniffing around, giving an impression that he wants to be a partner. Then later on he shows that he wanted to buy it and not join it. The other big news on the show is that the partners chose Alicia over Cary.

Vernon E. Jordan, Jr. is a lawyer and business executive in the United States. He was known as an influential figure in American politics and for being a close adviser to President Bill Clinton. He serves as an advisory member of DePauw’s Board of Trustees.

The show, which stars Julianna Margulies, airs at 10 p.m. (EST). DePauw University, his Alma mater, has acknowledge his presence on the show as well.
