British Election 2010 Results













The British General election 2010 was held on 6 May, to elect one Member of Parliament in each of the 650 constituencies to the House of Commons, the lower house of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The Voting took place between 7 AM and 10 PM. Local elections were also held in some areas on the same day.

Last British elections Results Update: the Labor Party has 356 seats representing 35.3% as against the Conservatives with 198 seats representing 32.3% and the Liberal Democrats with just 62 seats or 22.1%.

Conservative Party - 205 Seats - 6,126,951 Votes - 36.1% Share
Labour Party - 153 Seats - 4,618,097 Votes - 27.3% Share
Liberal Democrats - 30 Seats - 3,789,489 Votes - 22.43% Share
Democratic Unionist Party - 7 Seats - 156,119 Votes - 1.9% Share
Scottish National Party - 6 Seats - 430,205 Votes - 2.9% Share
Sinn Fein - 6 Seats - 452,952 Votes - 1.2% Share
Plaid Cymru - 3 Seats - 163,806 Votes - 1.5% Share
Social Democratic & Labour Party - 3 Seats - 64,997 Votes - 0.6% Share
Alliance Party - 1 Seat - 38,901 Votes - 0.5% Share
